Beyonce’s Thigh Gap Scandal


I come from a land where my thighs have always touched eachother! No matter how much weight I lose. I didn’t even know there were such aspirations to get a “thigh gap” until Wendy Williams spilled the beans about Beyonce’s latest scandal.

Recently while Queen B was vacationing in Milan, she posted a cute and sexy photo of herself in a bikini on her instagram. Now the picture looked innocent at first, but after Wendy’s team took a closer look at it, they noticed her seem to be too perfect to be true  body for just an instragram photo was indeed too Perfect!

Beyonce low key tried to photoshop her legs thinner to appear to have a thigh gap. You can notice where her photoshop skills went wrong when the stairs in between her thighs are blurry. This is a mistake that happens when you are trying to slim pictures in photoshop. (Beyonce deleted this version of the picture so I had to screenshot it from Wendy’s show)

Now, I can understand trying to make your waist look smaller, even the outside of your thighs thinner, but trying create a thigh gap? Have we gone too far?

I had to do some research on this obsession because it even has Beyonce trying to pull a quick one on us. After searching the internet, I found that it is really a goal for many woman to achieve. Even wikihow has a step by step guide to achieving the thigh gap. But, even if you lose the weight some peoples genetics are set up where they will never have one.

Juice Like The Real



The ladies of  The Real have been drinking…. juice that is!

If you don’t have time to eat your daily servings of fruits and veggies, juicing can be a quick, tasty fix. Not only is this portable health routine easy, but it can also help solve some of your everyday problems. Check out which juice your favorite The Real host likes to drink!


Miss Jennai Mai loves to have flawless skin. Here is her Coconut cream juice for dry skin recipe below;

2 cups unsweetened, dried coconut
3 cups hot water
Flavorings and sweeteners, if desired

1. Set up your workspace by placing a colander in a large bowl. Cover the colander with a piece of cheesecloth or a thin kitchen towel (like the flour sack kind).

2. Blend the coconut and hot water for 2-3 minutes or until throughly processed. Pour the mixture into the kitchen towel, twist up, and squeeze as much milk as you can from the towel.

3. Put remaining coconut back into the blender with 1 cup of hot water. Process again, and squeeze more milk out. If you do this a third time, your coconut milk may be very thin. Add sweeteners and flavorings if you like.

4. Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate. Fresh coconut milk doesn’t have the shelf life of regular milk, so use it up in 4-5 days. After sitting in the fridge, the “cream” will begin to separate from the milk. Just shake it up to blend it back together before you use it.

Note: If you’d like to use this as a beverage, thin it out 1:1 with water or until it suits your taste.

2 cups diced seedless watermelon
1 Lemon
A handful of fresh mint leaves


1. Slice up watermelon into cubes

2. Add mint and lemon juice in a blender

3. Blend to until smooth puree

Kelly Rowland Makes Prenatal Fitness Look Fab!

As an unofficial spokes-model for prenatal fitness, Kelly Rowland doesn’t mind going hard in the gym while baby is on board. And it seems like all that hard work has paid off in her recent photo shoot with Lance Gross. She recently talked to about why it’s important for her to workout during her pregnancy, her biggest cravings, how she has no shame taking pregnancy nudes and more. You’ve become quite a role model for staying fit during pregnancy. What tips would you give for other mothers who want to stay healthy and in shape while pregnant?

Everybody always tells you to go crazy with food, and you can eat whatever you want. It’s fine to have your cravings but I wanted an easier delivery. All the women that I’ve talked to, that have worked out, have such an easy and speedy delivery. Exercise really helps that. And I like being able to have peaceful sleep at night, though there’s no such thing as that now in the last trimester [laughs]. To be honest, I did modify my exercise routine a bit by just listening to my body. I would tell my trainer [Jeanette Jenkins] “This move doesn’t feel right,” and we’d modify it. I still walk two miles everyday. I still work out. It’s important to me.

Any cravings?

I love cherry pie and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in it. And I had a week straight where I was obsessed with nachos.

Your skin is glowing! What’s your pregnancy beauty regimen?

I’ve switched out anything with harsh chemicals. I use nothing but shea butter, pure cocoa butter and coconut oil. It’s amazing how all of those things work so well for my skin. I’m going to continue to just use those after the baby gets here.


Some pregnant women get flack for nude photos. Why was it important to you to include those in the shoot?

Gabrielle Union Tries To Shut Down Pregnancy Rumors


Rumors are circulating that newly wed Gabrielle Union is pregnant. The 41 year old Actress recently wed Basketball player Dwayne Wade in August. After Gabrielle posted a photo to her instagram that looked like she had a baby bump, fans went crazy in the comment section assuming she was expecting.

She captioned in the photo above, that she was wearing a comfortable dress so that she could eat as much food as she could while at her favorite restaurant  in New York called Carbone’s.

After  Gabrielle read some of the comments saying the photo of her on the left, looks like there’s a belly bump she decided to comment back saying;

“I wore a big dress so I could eat…no baby bump…reading is fundamental kids… am I the only one that dresses so they can pig out? Or does everyone just unbutton their pants after dinner like mama?? Lmao…yall are funny.”


So let’s try to piece this thing together. It could be just a bad pic, but it does look a little skeptical. Two months prior she posted her and Dwayne getting it in the gym doing a pre-wedding workout together and that his abs were her motivation. You can clearly see she has no belly, and can even see a 4 pack brewing.

Her honeymoon photos also showcase her flat belly, in a tiny bikini, which were posted just three weeks ago. But, if you do the math, she got married in August, so thats when they were probably taken. Honeymoons usually follow right after the wedding.
