Britney Spears Is Vegas Ready Thanks To Her Trainer and Intense Workouts!

As Britney is getting ready for a new album to come out December 3rd, and also a two-year gig at Planet Hollywood (which includes 50 shows) in Las Vegas, she has to be in the best shape of her life.  Celebrity fitness trainer Tony Martinez spilled the deets to E! News about Britney’s current workouts.  Her training is so intense, Tony has called it “olympic-style training”.  Britney does not like to stick to one type of workout, she likes to switch it up and do different things.  From playing tennis to climbing 10-foot walls, Tony exclusively tells E! News,

“She’s been a terror lately, working as hard as she can.  She’s using all sports right now to get ready for her 90 minute Las Vegas show.  She loves playing tennis.  She likes to serve.  She was serving the ball like Serena Williams!”

Besides playing tennis, Martinez also incorporates boxing and football.  He even spilled,

“She throws a perfect spiral every time.”

When asked what she was specifically doing to get ready for her Vegas show, Tony said,

“It is intense, interval training to keep her heart rate up.  In a show she will be dancing and singing nonstop.  In her training, she only has about 10 to 15 second rests between each set.  This is hard-core stuff.  Britney knew she needed to step up her game.  She is just drilling it but she likes too!”

Kim Kardashian Not Concerned With Post-Baby Body

o-PREGNANT-KIM-KARDASHIAN-570No one has seen Kim Kardashian’s post-baby body since she has giving birth to North West, and magazines and tabloids everywhere are just waiting to get the first glance.  Since the public is so concerned with Kim’s weight, you would think Kim would be just as concerned if not more.

E! ran into Kim’s personal trainer Tracy Anderson and asked how Kim was holding up and how she was trying to shed the baby weight she had gained during her pregnancy.  Even though Tracy has been helping Kim, she claims that it is not Kim’s priority.

“She’s just taking time with the baby.  She’s not concerned with working out or anything.”

Even though Kim has been out of the public eye, she has posted pictures on Instagram and videos on Keek, and she looks great!

Nicole Scherzinger Says She’s Naturally Fabulous

Let’s be honest, she didn’t use those exact words, but she pretty much meant it.  While most people in the spotlight diet constantly and workout seven days a week, Nicole does not have to do half of that.  But even though that is the case now, it doesn’t mean she has never dieted.

Perez Hilton reported that the singer looks the way she does thanks to her genetics.  If that’s true, can we all get a little of her genetics?  When asked about dieting Nicole said,

“I used to diet a lot and now I don’t believe in them because you’re going to binge. your metabolism gets messed up and then your weight is going to yo-yo.  I did that for a long time.”

She does keep track of meals and what she eats though.  She either has six small meals a day or three main meals.  But when she eats like that, she doesn’t feel bad about having a cookie.  She actually said that she cannot live with chips or cake.  Who can blame her?

How Model Nina Agdal Keeps Her Body Fit

Bebe’s new gorgeous face for their store Nina Agdal has shared her secrets to keeping a fabulous body.  Even though being 5’9 definitely helps, she still makes an effort to workout.  Especially being in the model industry, she has to keep up looking great.  At a launch party for Bebe’s new campaign in New York City, Nina shared with E! News,

“I do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, spinning, and elliptical.  I also do weights after.”

Just like most celebrities out there including Kim Kardashian, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Sandra Bullock, Nina also does Barry’s Bootcamp.  She claims it,

“kicks your ass and you feel so good after an hour!”

Some last-minute advice about working out from Nina,

“It’s all about dedication and just going and doing it.”

Alec Baldwin’s Wife Hilaria Steps Out In Yoga Gear Days After Giving Birth To Baby

Actor Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria Baldwin is definitely taking her fitness very seriously!

Just five days after giving birth to her baby Carmen Gabriela, Hilaria took to the streets of New York getting back into the swing of things as a yoga instructor, wearing her yoga gear.

The 29-year-old new mom also tweeted:

“Laying on my belly is the most amazing luxury ever after not being able to do it for the past 9 months #SimplePleasures.”

Hilaria and Alec welcomed baby Carmen on Aug. 23rd.

Mrs. Baldwin is definitely a motivation, and we here at Fit With Fallon would like to congratulate Hilaria and Alec on their new bundle of joy.

Victoria Beckham Takes Two Year Old Daughter Hiking!

Celebrities are using any social media they can to post their most recent workouts, and Victoria Beckham has been the latest social media butterfly to post her latest way to stay in shape.  Victoria took none other than her beautiful two year old daughter Harper on a hike with her.

Victoria posted the cute picture above on her Instagram last week with the caption:

“Love hiking with my babies”

Hopefully this will motivate mothers everywhere to get their kids to like the outdoors and get some exercise in at a young age!

Former Heavyweight Boxer Tommy Morrison Dies

Former Heavyweight boxer Tommy Morrison has passed away.

He died late Sunday at an Omaha, Nebraska hospital. He was 44-years-old.

There was no cause of his death, however, Morrison’s wife, has released that he died of respiratory and metabolic acidosis as well a multiple organ failure.

When Morrison was alive he went through controversy by being positive for HIV in February 1996. His mother Diana told ESPN that Morrison was dying of AIDS.

After he was diagnosed with HIV, Morrison had his personal doctor do a test and indeed it came out that he was HIV positive.

Morrison had admitted that he contracted the disease from a “promiscuous lifestyle.” He also said:

“I lived a permissive, fast and reckless lifestyle. I hope I can serve as a warning that living this lifestyle can really lead to only one thing and that’s misery. The only sure prevention of this disease is abstinence. This disease does not discriminate, and that is very, very clear to me now.”

In a recent ESPN story, it was said that Morrison was kept alive through a feeding tube and ventilator.
