Diddy is doing the money dance again. This time in the wrestling ring.
Diddy will be the first hip hop mogul to be placed in the ring, and who better then the entertainer himself to put his larger than life personality to use, and it’s all for a good cause.
On April 7th at WrestleMania 29, Diddy will be seen putting someone in a wrestling move to help charity. Combs will perform and co-host the Superstars for Sandy Relief party with WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon and serve as an ambassador for WWE’s Be a STAR anti-bullying initiative.
Diddy elaborates on his collaboration;
“WrestleMania is one of the biggest spectacles in the world and I’m looking forward to performing in front of millions on April 7,” said Combs. “I’ve always been a fan of WWE and I’m excited to support these two important causes, Superstars for Sandy Relief and the Be a STAR anti-bullying initiative.”
Superstars for Sandy relief is a charitable fundraiser that will benefit The Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City and Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. The Charity will allow unique opportunities for individuals who bid on auctions to have once in a life time opportunities like being an intern for a day for Diddy at Bad Boy Records.
I wonder if the diddy dance will be his signature move? I have a feeling Diddy wrestling won’t be a one time thing.
WrestleMania can be seen on PayPerView on Sunday, April 7th at 7pm.
