Pink inspired “Acro Yoga”

We have seen the singer Pink show us how talented she really is when she first performed on the Grammy’s a couple years ago, when she combined acrobatics into her performance. She impressed the world by belting out high notes high above the stage while showing off her acrobatic moves.

There is no question that Pink is a daredevil who works hard for a fit body body like hers.  To channel your inner Pink try this Pink inspired yoga workout called “Acro Yoga”.

Acro Yoga combines acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts all into one. It is also considered a type of yoga for the “lovers” because it can look very intimate and is known to build a connection of trust between it’s partners. It also is known to build up core strength and works your total body.
